Amie Yerukhimovich

Amie is a Senior Manager on rotation in the KPMG Department of Professional Practice. She specializes in financial statement audits and providing other audit services primarily to clients in the asset management industry. Amie has significant experience auditing and providing professional services to companies in accordance with PCAOB requirements and US GAAP.

Within the asset management industry, Amie has worked with broker-dealers, real estate investment trusts, mutual funds, common and collective trust funds, and alternative investment funds. Her experience serving as an audit professional in the asset management industry includes:

• Performance of test of design and operating effectiveness of internal control over financial reporting, in accordance with Sarbanes Oxley.
• Review and analysis of financial statements to ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations.
• Coordination and oversight over interoffice reporting as well as submission of reporting under interoffice engagements.
• Serving as a manager for audit engagements which involved planning, reviewing testwork, and working directly with the staff and partner through completion phases of the audit, inclusive of reporting.
• Review of substantive testing in various areas such as revenue, fixed assets, accounts receivable, accounts payable, cost of sales, investments, capital transactions, inventory, equity, and other operating expenses.

Amie has both her BBA and MS in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and is a licensed CPA in Wisconsin.
