Guy is a Principal in the KPMG Infrastructure, Capital Projects and Climate Advisory practice. He has over 20 years of experience advising on agencies on complex and transformational infrastructure and real estate programs as well as providing strategic and commercial advice to C-suite clients in the government and higher education sectors. Guy has assisting many clients in taking programs from planning and strategy through to implementation – he has deep experience in developing business cases for approval, securing local and federal funding and financing, developing financial and commercial structures and procuring developers/equity to deliver. Guy has deep industry knowledge and is well respected in the infrastructure and contractor communities in the US. Guy focuses with clients on the development of target operating models for large capital programs as well as development of processes to capital planning and execution.
