Samantha is a Senior Manager on rotation in the KPMG Department of Professional Practice (DPP). She has more than 12 years of experience providing audit services to retail, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and technology clients. She has provided professional audit services to both public and private clients, ensuring compliance with PCAOB requirements, US GAAP and IFRS. Her experience includes working on SEC filings, bankruptcy engagements, merger and acquisition audits, financial statement audits and other related services.

Samantha graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Science in Accounting & Information Technology. She is a licensed CPA in Texas and New York.
